Every book by The Taste Storyteller belongs to one collection, Curious Unknown Histories. Each volume takes one food or drink that is already part of daily life and follows it through culture, myth and history: the stories behind something the reader already holds in their hand.
The books are not academic texts and not technical manuals. Each is a collection of curious stories, written for the reader who picks up a cup and wonders what it took to get here. Where a fact could be verified, it was. Where a story belongs more to legend than to record, the text says so.
